  Cantrell Properties began in 1968 in Atlanta, Georgia. Jack Cantrell began by building single family residences in the Metro-Atlanta area and expanded in 1982 into a Builder/Developer to supply lots for the growing construction company. Next, in 1990, Cantrell Properties added a real estate company to better serve it's growing customer base. In 1995 a commercial division was added to the real estate company. Kay and Jack Cantrell, the founders of Cantrell Properties, have also been actively involved in real estate in the Golden Isles since 1985 and have opened an office on Frederica Road, offering the same commitment to customer service that has guided them through the years.
